It was late fall 2014 when Taco John’s approached me for a bid on painting the whole exterior of the restaurant located at 4401 1st Ave SE.

It was soon after they accepted my bid and wanted the job done. The three surfaces were stucco, metal and concrete.

The biggest problem with the stucco is that it had faded through time. A fresh new coat of paint made a difference.

The rough areas had to be scraped, wire brushed and primed.

The restaurant was completed just in time before the weather turned for the worse. Now it looks like a brand new building.
