Bob Adams of 4451 210th Street in Solon has had this older two story home on an acreage for many years.

It was passed down through the family for generations. The house had a metal roof at the top of the second story.

It had a shingle roof on the back of the house, front porch, and over the garage.

The metal roof was taken care of first. It leaked around the chimney, valleys, and one stack.

The whole roof was power washed with tri sodium phosphate then the fasteners were tightened and or replaced. The critical areas were taped with butyl backed roofing tape.

It was primed with a top of the line primer, two coats, then top coated twice with mule hide top coat for roofs.

The rusted areas were primed with a rust prohibitive roof coating, twice.

All the horizontal seams and the ridges were taped, primed, and coated for a quality job.

1864_300

Two coats of mule hide roof coating were sprayed on the entire roof surface.

Bob had snow catchers shipped from SnoBlox-SnoJax out of Mechanicsburg, PA that we installed.

We installed two to a panel at the edges of the entire roof 18” apart. I gave Bob a full 10 year warranty on both material and labor.
